Policy Conditions:

• The return request must be made within the product’s warranty period from the date of sale to your customer.
• Your customer’s invoice/receipt must be returned with the product to verify the date of purchase.
• All components relating to the product must be returned
• If a credit is provided, products will be credited at their most recent purchased price.
• The total value of the return will be fully refund or credited to your account and will be offset against future orders.

2) Faulty Items

• If a product is faulty and the fault has occurred within the product’s warranty period, the faulty product can be returned to JBLED PTY LTD for a replacement.
• The warranty period is listed within “Specifications” under each product.
• In advance of faulty or major problem JBLED will replacement or give a full refund under Australia ACCC law

The freight charge for the return of a faulty item is at JBLED PTY LTD cost. 

3) Return of Unwanted Items

• When accepted, refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price
• Refunds under this provision are provided only as a store credit Original freight costs are not refundable under this provision Return freight costs are to be paid by the purchaser
• The item must be returned in new, unopened, and unused condition Once the product is assembled or used a return will not be possible under this provision
• JBLED provides a 30day return window from date of delivery under this provision
• Refunds are subject to the goods arriving back and being inspected by JBLED
• For public safety reasons no products intended for human consumption are included under this clause Unless otherwise stated in the advertisement this clause does not apply to items sold as ex-demo, or used

4) Shipping Errors

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, we apologies! The incorrect product can be returned to JBLED for a credit at JBLED cost.

 Policy Conditions:

• The return request must be made with 7 days from receipt of shipment
• Products must be in their original, unused condition and in the original box and packaging. Products not in their original condition run the risk of being rejected.
• The total value of the return will be credited to your account.
